sarah just sent me these pictures from last summer's york neighborhood picnic at franklin park, which she and i organized. the picnic was lots of fun, thanks especially to this mystery band that showed up and shared some great music with us. also, jennye ashcroft was visiting at the time and got to (got to? had to!) come along as well. she was a great sport (and a great babysitter).
